1. Salary on 4th of every month ( if there is a holiday,leave,absent,natural calamity etc then might be a delay ) 2. Backdated product and no service 3. Only focus on business and revenue 4. No benefits are such as EPF,MEDICLAIM/ ESIC 5. No rewards and recognition 6. Sales and marketing profile no incentive structure is there 7. Computers need to start atleast 15mins time. 8. Holiday calendar makes huge confusion and full of error. 9. No leaves will entertain @ the time of natural calamities such as earthquake,cyclone and also there no paid leave is available in election day as they told that higher Management need some updated feedback from the news media. 10. No payslip and appointment letter ( If u need payslip they will provide u an excel format statement )

Employee friendly company Bearable work pressure Complying policies Conducive work hours Friendly work culture, no hardcore professional set up and company has considerable rules regarding leaves. Casual leaves, Saturday parties and activities, annual picnic and office anniversary celebrations

Management is not co-operative at all, they just tell you to tackle with the situations than actually helping out. And if sales are not met you are thrown out. As this company is not a known one you need to lie about their services

Inadequate infrastructure, outdated resources, no company policies, there are 15-20 employees only in the company, no job security, you can be fired at any instant of time, exceptionally low salary standards, no appreciation of the job done, works on the negative reinforcement, lack of skilled management, no freedom of speech, very low opportunities of career growth, works on absolute anarchy,you cannot speak to higher management directly and so on...

Nothing best regarding this company I just forgot what I study when I joined this company no new project only mentains work is going on this company

No new project no new software version they are working on very old version of. Net and sql chya the software pc is very very damage slow it take 10 min to start

Office hours are not flexible..company should review it's policies. Company driven by just one person so it's a disadvantage. No Saturdays off that make things very hectic.
