Upper management is terrible from the top down. Anybody that had experience and knowledge has left the company or was eliminated. Upper executive management is completely out of touch. The companies are a shell of what they were. Private Equity has ruined these great companies --Private Equity company with no future - you're JUST a number. Too many meetings to waste everyone's time but, satisfies the management.

Better communication from upper management/more visibility

Focus from the executive level team is all over the place. Most of the day is spent putting out fires vs planning strategically. Priorities change daily to the detriment of the operations working to keep up with shifting priorities. Upper management is a revolving door of plant managers and VP's that are sent in to "fix" the situation by acting as a "hammer". New ERP system that makes all employee's jobs inefficient.
