This is the first job that I’ve ever had where they genuinely do not care about their employees or any people who work for them. They also never advance from within for management positions, which is ***. They don’t care about any type of experience you can bring to the table either you’ve always will feel very unappreciated and overworked by force and then get in trouble for working overtime even though you had to.
