      Pros

      Pay was Decent. K1 Speed is a cool and fun place. Free Races. Young and Fun People. Rapidly Expanding Company.

      Cons

      Very Unstable Position at this Company. 5 Layoffs in a Month's Time. Poor communication between workers and management. Quick Promotions, but Quick Layoffs.

      Fun job, very little to do

      Cons

      lack of communication between all the centers and corporate is just god awful. Clubspeed is trash . Very little accountability, and practically no room for promotions/raises. Paycheck fluctuates heavily.

      Able to work on cool campaigns sometimes (if Susan feels like it).

      Cons

      Susan. Susan. Susan. The worst boss I have ever had. She is the owner's wife and so, she "got a job" as a director of marketing. But let me tell you something... she does nothing and knows nothing. She complaints all the time and NEVER gives a solution. I really not recommend working here because of her.
