      Rapidly expanding company as evidenced by more/new people coming in, team getting busier by the day to up the game. US leadership never fails to communicate with the PH team and is always open for suggestions that make an impact to the organization as a whole.

      Pros

      As a start up company, K8 proves to be very supportive in its employees' personal and career goals by providing the proper tools and hands on training they require. It allows people to interact and learn from each other by encouraging open discussions and planning needed for every project development. This is the company to work with if you are the kind of person who thinks outside the box and is not afraid of the stretch in order to grow.

      Cons

      Getting immediate inputs, comments and approvals for different projects and purposes can be challenging in having different time zones with your leaders. However it is still workable.
