Pros

The company provides freshers with the opportunity to work on implementation projects from the beginning. Training is provided for every one based on their interest and organization also encourage and support in acquiring external SAP certifications One of the best things about Kaar is that it doesn’t feel like a typical workplace. It feels comfortable and welcoming, with a friendly and less toxic environment. The management is approachable, and there are no barriers in communicating directly with leadership. New joiners with less than 2 years of experience will get fair opportunities for onsite assignments depending on the region and project. Additionally, being recognized as a Great Place to Work for five consecutive years reflects its positive work culture.

Cons

From a personal perspective, the onboarding process for fresh graduates can sometimes take longer than expected. Also, compared to large multinational corporations, the benefits structure may be relatively limited. Work–life balance can be inconsistent, especially during peak project periods.
