*Long working hours cannot even breathe properly *Less pay and too much politics involved especially in India team * Manager never appreciated your efforts or hardwork and forget forget about leave, night allowance and bonus. * Even on emergency we are not supposed to take leave and if you joining here new please don't join for the sake of WFH you join no leaves no festival holidays sometimes we work 8-9 days continuously without an off when you ask off or about leave manager scold you gives you threatening.
