      Toxic work culture for Programmers

      Cons

      Engineers are badly treated as labors. lack of appreciation, devaluing, no motivation, no recognition of the efforts, no work-life balance & many. sales people in few office including admins play dirty politics with engineers. difficult finding piece of mind working here

      Thank you for your review of your role as a Software Tester in our Mumbai Office. At KAL we believe in transparency when it comes to recruitment and what our roles consist of. As such one of the main points on our job descriptions for both our Software Engineers and Software Test & QA Engineers is 'willingness to travel internationally'. Our Software Engineers and Software Test & QA Engineers regularly travel internationally to our global offices as well as travelling to meet with our customers at their own sites. When a KAL employee is travelling on company business they are fully compensated and have access to airport lounges, as one of our many benefits. However, should one of our team be unable to travel for a period of time due to personal reasons they need only tell us and we will of course take this into account when organising work trips.

      No work pressure and good to work. All are friendly and work environment is good. work life balance. often get Business trips

      less hike. work pressure in onsite no long term onsite trips. During Covid time need to work on office for committed release
