      Good Power Plant to work with

      Pros

      Great Learning opportunities, Variety of technologies, Large plant with 10 Gas Tubines & 5 Steam Turbines, Supportive working environment. Good work life balance with no culture of sitting after office timings, a great HR & OD department offering a lot of training and development opportunities.

      Cons

      Low pays as compared to other power plants in the region, Technologies installed are very old. Promotion duration is minimum 5 years.
