      Pros

      The company is in growth phase. There are many things to learn in different electronics technologies in this company. If you are capable, you have really good opportunities in this company.

      Cons

      The company is very small, hence no brand name associated when you are working here. But for freshers, anyways brand name should not matter. There are many things to learn in different electronics technologies in this company.

      Pros

      Some people are really trying to turn this place around.

      Cons

      Extremely hostile and aggressive culture likely inherited from previous management, who seemed to govern by fear and belittling employees. Constant swearing, use of sexually explicit language, screaming, pounding on desks, and bulling. HR aware of issues with aggressive people but reluctant to do anything because of tenure of such people. One guy actually tried to run me over with his car! Overall a very toxic workplace.

      Everything. This people is the worst. They have a lot of favoritism, if you are friend with the upper management, you can get away with anything and if you are not they will treat you very bad and pick on you!
