Cannot think of a single good thing about this company. The clients were nicer to me than these people.
Cons
Literally everything. These people are nothing that they say they are. They will work you to the bone and throw you under the bus at the first sign of an issue. They say they offer OT pay but you have to work at least 200-300 overtime hours to make the salary equivalent to a non-OT paying firm salary. I cannot even count the amount of people who have come here with genuine hopes of taking their career to the next level who end up getting let go after busy season because leadership knows they won't get enough interest for seasonal hires. I feel bad for them because we could tell they were just going to be seasonal but they thought they were here to stay. That tactic is disgusting. Managers and up will talk behind your back rather than help you improve. If you are a senior or below and you aren't "in", the other seniors and below will leave you high and dry. Partners act like they understand you and want to help but are really just looking out for their wallets and don't remotely care about your career goals or struggles. You know its bad when the clients treat you better than your actual employer and that's really saying something for a CPA firm. Hands down the worst experience of my career. I took a corporate tax services position here and now I am stuck here because no one wants people with this kind of worthless experience. DO NOT let these people fool you too. Look elsewhere while you can. It is miserable here.
