      Company with a mission and woes

      Pros

      This is a great company to work for, where you are able to learn about a lot of different things and it keeps you constantly engaged and up to date with the world. It's difficult to find a similar environment that will challenge you creatively on a regular basis, while working with truly great people to boot.

      Cons

      Like many non-profits, the company's budget also reflects that. Transparency when it comes to HR issues and processes also need to be clarified a little more, as well as providing opportunities for advancement that are clear and regularly discussed.

      Poor leadership in key areas

      Pros

      Overall the staff is comprised of creative and driven people. As a result, the work environment can be very fun and productive.

      Cons

      Unfortunately there is a serious lack of leadership in several upper level management positions. There is a serious morale problem within departments stemming from this and a refusal to provide fair and desired compensation.

      Great talent and people, but with management and salary problems

      Pros

      There are very talented and passionate people working here, and the constant efforts to try something keep things fresh. Lots of interesting original productions, both on air and online.

      Cons

      Low pay, very little opportunities for promotion or a raise. Management has little idea of the workload of each employee. Everyone seems to be in their own world, working for their own good.
