      large organisation, room for learning from colleagues in different posts and lots of opportunities and initiatives for growth & development.

      Cons

      bureaucratic, political, and aforementioned opportunities are deeply hidden and difficult to come across, speak to as many people and ask them about initiatives if you want to find them sooner.
