Pros
I worked here when it was under a different owner, so I can't speak to what it is like now. The training materials taught me a lot, I liked the people. Smart people who cared about their students.
Cons
Low pay and long hours expected.

Pros
It is unionized, which means a standardization of pay and protocols for dismissal. Seasonal prizes. Fun and enthusiastic teachers.
Cons
No or little pay for class preparation. Monthly report cards and movement of students to other classes. There is very little appreciation for teachers. A wall of shame was threatened as a motivation for teachers to be in class on time. One of the worst Christmas parties I have ever been to.
