      Senior leadership doesn't fight for their employees

      The staff was very knowledgeable and good to work with.

      Cons

      Senior leadership doesn't care about middle to upper management. They RIF'd several employees during the M&A without even interviewing them for potential fits in the new organization. The promised bonuses in hiring packages and then rescinded those bonuses when it came time to pay them.

      Services Sector Leadership is non-existent. Worst management and leadership ever experienced in more than four decades of services to the industry

      Starting salary was good. Some good coworkers.

      Cons

      Negligible company support for new projects. Promised bonuses not paid. Toxic work culture. Lack of processes. Safety standards were only given lip service, no actual follow through or training. No respect for work life balance or PTO.
