      1.Start up culture less formal and open 2. Lots of learning opportunity and good technology exposure 3. Salaries and compensations are above average 4. Good team and enjoy to with them

      1. Small companies cons, 2. high workload and resource allocation miss match, 3. longer working hours and almost all the weekend you have to work 4. no PF or medical benefits
