The CEO is a mean hateful woman who thinks she owns the world. She treats people terribly.

Great agency experience (as a small shop, you become a jack of all trades), fun group of fellow employees and great office location. Some employees are very loyal, have been with the agency for many years.

Cons

There were some very distasteful moments - it was as if Senior Management had taken notes from "The Devil Wears Prada" and enjoyed talking down to employees. I hope this has changed over the years. There was also no set track for development - promotions would be promised that would never come. Pay was low, and there was an expectation to be "always on" and answer emails at all hours of the night, weekend, etc. resulting in a poor "work/life balance"
