Pros

Nothing good to say. Bait and Switch to hire people. You could make more money bar tending. Do not get tricked into taking this position like I did.

Cons

LI rep is a total LOSER. Do not get tricked like I did. The position has an extremely high turnover rate. They promise you things before you get hired then treat you like a slave. You are on call 24/7 and that is not an exaggeration. They pay you $55K a year and expect you to do a job like you are being paid $150K. You will be at the mercy of a tall, bald insecure moron. I quit after a month. Work for a legitimate company like Stryker instead.

Pros

Steady hours if you need a job Mon-Fri

Cons

As I'm writing this review Im noticing there's a common theme with other reviews for the Jacksonville, FL location. Management is unprofessional, and I would go as far to say they are bullies. IF you are being hired for a Virtual Segmenter (3D modeler/3D animator) you should AVOID. You are mostly likely being hired through a recruiter and the recruiting agency and KLS will give off the impression that this job is a 3D job and maybe ur thinking this will help ur portfolio or get you through the door into the animating/gaming world.... IT WONT. You will have zero skills you can take from this job into your next one, you wont have any portfolio pieces, this job IS NOT what you think it is. All you do is pull a CT Scan into a 3D program and pull apart bones. Thats it. No creativity. Nothing to get you noticed at Disney or Blizzard. The program they use is only used at KLS and wont really help ur resume. They will label this job as a "Virtual Segmenter" or youll see it on Indeed as "3D Designer or Modeler". This department specifically is poorly run by leads who bully their employees. This position has a very high turnover rate and its obvious why.
