Its a politics company

I had very bad experience here and also faced many politics. but that all are very not torture to work here. even at knowledge level also there is no improvement, no proper procedure. Still it is like 2001 company we couldnt get any knowledge here.

Cons

Politics space here, fresher cant able to stay here without doing politics. Lot of peoples staying here with their politics doing . In a short term i would like to tel is it is not an MNC company. It is very low level company.

1. One of the good things about the company is its open and free culture. Flexible timings give me an opportunity to create a perfect work-life balance and the Senior Management is always approachable and receptive of new ideas. 2. The atmosphere prevailing at KMIT is flexible enough and forgiving to every employee to get up from his mistakes and prove to him and others what his real abilities are. 3. We have a lot of fun every day as we work toward achieving the technical objectives.
