Upper management are micromanagers, insecure, uninformed, manipulative, disrespectful, know-it-all, back stabbing, scared, and uninspiring. Owner spends way too much time focusing on petty mistakes while not seeing that his company is run by people pleasing children. General manager and his ass-istant think they are the only people who have good ideas. They are so insecure that anyone who has an idea threatens them. They are back biting and two faced. On top of that, they both are totally out of touch with the systems and processes in their company but of course, think they know everything. They are laughable at best.

Owner is a bully who supports his micro-managing 'golden boy' store manger in harassment of employees, laughable training, very poor health standards with rodent infested lunch room. Non-flexible work schedule.
