      Mellow workplace Work experience learn about import cars

      Cons

      Interns work for a full 3 months (full time) without pay. After, you will get the minimum wage salary no matter what they promise you before. BYOC (bring your own computer) because they don't provide any of that. Change office layout every 2 months or so. They don't pay you overtime. They are not organized when it comes to w2 taxes there is no structure negative reinforcement to motivate their workers Every chance they get, they will cut corners

      -Work closely with larger companies -Learn how the marketing world works -Flexible hours at work -How to not run a company -Meeting people in the automotive industry

      Cons

      -Learn how to lie to clients and give them false promises -Learning that stealing other companies ideas is okay as long as you just change it a little -No management and horrible communication within in the company -Over worked and no overtime paid with little pay -No training and if you make mistakes you will be help accountable -No benefits working for the company

      Decent start up opportunity. Great possibilities for Interns. Great place to learn about the marketing world.

      Cons

      90% of promises made my management were not kept. Encouraged to do weekend work without pay. Questionable discipline practices for unsatisfactory work.
