Pros

With overall 11 years of experience in same MNC company, I joined Kaar with lot of questions in my mind. But I really gifted and blessed to work in such a good company. I have been in Kaar infotech for the past three months, with this I learned a lot of new technologies like Microsoft SharePoint, list creation, power automate and power apps. And am still learning many new things day by day. No micromanagement at all.

Cons

Only thing I feel is, there is no email conversation among teams and it's happening in microsoft teams only. Apart from this it's really very good and fast growing startup. Pls don't lose this opportunity at all.

Pros

1.Remote option. (Thats literally why I gave 2 stars because if I have a tummy ache for example, i can relax at home for sometime) 2.They will give you 4-5 month of training on .Net(html,css, javascript,AJAX, entity framework, .Net core). The guy teaching knows his stuff so the training is really worth it. 3. They conduct some fun meetings every now and then which is totally not useful for you. You can just sleep on your chair for the entire duration which should come under pros in my opinion.

Cons

1. Timings are 9 A.M to 10P.M. you won't be payed for extra hours because why not. 2. Trapping with notice period. These guys have like 2 months notice period and you cannot buyout the notice period too. 3. Force you to buy / exchange a phone for work(Android 15) which is completely not even necessary, Laptop is enough. 4. The laptop they provide for work should be classified as E-waste. It has a GPU which is not even needed since most IDE's use the CPU. And the main CPU is abysmal. 16 GB ram crashes applications often and the keyboard won't work. Asking for a new one won't work either and you are supposed to finish task quickly on the toaster they claim an office Laptop. 5. They use U.S calendar. You still get few optional holidays for major festivals. But this year they cut out lots of holidays from the U.S calendar. 6. Overworking the Juniors. Like I said ,the Laptop they provided is equivalent to a toaster. It gets hot quick since the fans are non existent. Crashes often and it takes like 1 hour to publish an app and goes on a timeout every now and then. Yet they require you to somehow do it quickly which makes no sense. (Depends on the project lead) There are probably more but my hand is on pain writing this essay so I'm stopping here.
