-No sick time, PTO is not paid out upon separation, benefits slashed, minimum wage for drive time or other admin duties.
-management is very rude to employees (cutting people off when they speak, etc).
-very shady business practices. Last week, Attain laid off half the admin team with one day’s notice. This was not their first round of layoffs
-intensive company censorship. Employees were not allowed to ask questions during the 2 town halls we had since the acquisition. If they don’t like what you post in an all team chat, they will delete it. They also locked the all team chat channels so employees cannot post anymore.
-communication has been awful since the acquisition. Attain implements policies without telling anyone, and then they are angry when we do not follow the un-communicated policies.
-Attain canceled the Diversity, Ethics, and Inclusion committee and has not reinstated it. There are currently no checks on a mostly white, most male leadership team. They do not even have a policy statement on DE&I.
