you will get good amount in hand and bonus yearly.
Cons
Its a product based company but never gives you the feel of developing a product. Same kind of work all the same. People centric rather than work centric. No Vision of company. Higher managements are not able to handle the situation and problem. They not even share god news but bad news always reach to employee.
