The end product is top management who are safe-players, cut costs whenever possible, consider employees as stepping blocks to squeeze, squash, or sweep away as long as they have their high-and-comfy position safe and sound. No work-life balance, workload is pushed to the brim of everyone, permanent workers are swapped with contractual workers or (if possible) daily workers. How to get the best of people, when there is no future, no safety and no guarantee? That's where the middle management comes in to take all the responsibility, workload, and blame. Just work here for temporary, get enough experience and get out to get better paying job, position, and career path elsewhere. This is not the company that appreciates their employees for the long run.
