      The farthest away you stay the safer you are!!!

      None , nothing . zero

      Cons

      This is by far the worst airline in every aspect , from old broken and unsafe airplanes and other equipment to safety , to the worst management in the industry to pay . they will try to make you break every rule in the book and be the first to throw you under the bus when you are caught off guard . This job is a "career ender " Retention rate is about 2-3% Upper management are mostly scabs and it shows . You may want to research lawsuits involving this so call " airline "

      - The health benefits - Pay is okay

      Cons

      - Not flexible - Leadership doesn’t listen to reason and plays favorites - Lots of masculinity, racism, sexism, bad company culture, toxic politics, toxic leaders, no respect amongst colleagues. *Just google the company name + lawsuits

      Pros

      family oriented. Easy to get off and switch schedules. They always respect personal issues and will work with you. Lear 35 is a fun plane to fly.

      Cons

      The new pay scale is still 30% below the market average. 2 weeks on can be a long time away from home. They wont give you a type rating until upgrade, which will happen in about a year and a half if you are a competent pilot. They say its home based, but make you at least pay for a crash pad in the detroit area, which is awful.
