      Products and solutions are great Company is in growth phase so lot of new things and expansions are happening Open environment, driven by quality of work Creative freedom and ownership of tasks given

      A lot of changes are happening at the moment so it can be a bit confusing Decision making takes a lot of time Process setup is missing in some departments as they are going through a transition

      Fun places to work, no rules , easy work

      *I feel as if this place is racist *I feel this place is discriminatory, first shift has a click, that always speak Spanish around other races when they all know English * Marry couples and relatives are allowed to work on the same shift in the same area * Production manager horrible and doesn’t know anything about the business *Only cares about politics * If you love to have fun, and do whatever you want to do, this is the place to work. * I worked on 3rd shift, everything was good until the new production manager came
