      Pros

      None now. Used to be a very dynamic and vibrant company but they’ve let everyone go who made it that way over the last 5 years.

      Cons

      It’s a known joke in the company that come summer we will restructure and half of everyone you know will lose their job. Funny enough, it’s only the management who do not contribute monetarily to any success who are allowed to keep jobs.

      When there are no other jobs around, it's a good place to work

      Cons

      Unintelligent people using business speak to mask their lack of knowledge. Macho culture 'you must be here til 8pm'. What about judging people on output? Snake in the grass got promotion
