1. If you are relative of management then you will get Increment on time. 2. If you are experienced in your profile then chances of good work but not environment 3. If you are joining USA office then Good, India office is full of faustrated people and negative environment.
Cons
1. Full of fake promises, H1B is most used fake promise. 2. No team lunch until Senior employee pay from pocket. 3. No insurance for you, spouses and parents. 4. If client goes, company can/will fire you. 5. Worst training programs, also stops training in between for excel kind of work.
