sales culture - leadership didn't really know how to perform their roles - they had skills and strengths that were better suited for other roles in the company than the ones they had
Somewhat elitist - management/leadership could do whatever they wanted but would bother those below them about petty things
Lack of communication and processes - numerous times I was told I had messed up just because I was taking initiative to do something with no defined process, and they didn't like the way I did it because I didn't follow the process that was only in leadership's head
