      Pros

      Very smooth onboarding, I have been part of 4 MNC companies prior to joining Kayzen and never had such a wonderful experience in the onboarding. The HR team is very well organised and supports the candidate in every step with transparency. It is really important especially when we are working from Home. So far the experience has been great with Kayzen, everyone is so welcoming and willing to contribute and help anytime. Great environment to work in.
