Toxic culture undermines supportive management and talented team
Pros
Middle management in sales is AMAZING and feels very supportive.
Cons
I rarely write reviews, but prospective employees deserve an honest view of what it's like to work here. The culture at Keeper Security is driven by fear, not leadership. The environment is highly toxic, with employees constantly worried about job security, unrealistic expectations, and leadership's next decision. Rather than creating a culture of trust, collaboration, and professional growth, management relies on pressure, intimidation, and public scrutiny to drive results. The CEO's leadership style creates an atmosphere where employees are afraid to speak up, challenge ideas, or provide honest feedback. Decisions often feel reactive and disconnected from the realities of the business. Morale suffers because employees are treated as expendable rather than valued contributors. The company frequently talks about growth and success, but behind the scenes there is a significant disconnect between leadership messaging and the employee experience. Turnover is high, burnout is common, and many talented people leave because they simply cannot tolerate the culture. Benefits are also below industry standards, especially compared to other technology and cybersecurity companies. Employees are expected to give everything to the company while receiving benefits and support that lag behind competitors. There are talented people throughout the organization and a solid product, but neither can overcome a culture rooted in fear and a leadership approach that prioritizes pressure over people. I would strongly encourage candidates to speak with current and former employees before accepting an offer.
