They do not obligate employment contracts requirements, They have zero trust and zero respect to employees. they change bonus system periodically to aim ‘do not pay anything’. CEO has absolute abnormal personality, continuosly insult, humiliate, do mobbing, unrealistic demands, disturb 7/24 with impossible and nonsense requests, he does not know anything about business, respect, leadership, basically 0% CEO but 100% disturbing behavioral character, NON basic working conditions are available

There is really nothing to mention

Cons

This company has no respect for work-life balance. You’re expected to fix issues in your own time, even late at night. Management constantly interferes, with the CEO micromanaging the development team directly, ignoring the head of development. The pressure is nonstop, and the long hours are unsustainable. It’s a toxic environment for any serious developer.
