you work more than the hours agreed in the contract with no over time. the whites in the company enjoy more benefits than the locals do. e.g. they are paid mirage for freights to and fro abroad, they can fire an employee at will even though their is in place human resource in place to take care of the all the employees. no rules or regulations are followed when the whites are involved since they are very close to the owner who is a white b the name Marketric i worked for only six months, they terminated my services without notice for good reason. more than 30 more staffs members also lost there jobs. no reasonable or criteria or merit was followed. Do not be loyal to Kenchic because Kenchic will never be loyal to any kenyan employee
