friendly co-workers boss buys you free lunch and starbucks Fast paced 401k after 1 year health insurance after 6 months
Cons
no opportunity to grow long hours pay is low Management cares about seniority or loyalty in the company WAY TOO MUCH. If you are slow and don't do work much but have been in the company for 7+ years you will get more perks whereas a young kid who work hard for even 1 year will not get recognized until you are "seniority". They also drag your probation so make sure you pressure them to review you after the 3 months
