      Kent State is like a village - it is close knit and feels very accessible. They are very student focused.

      Pros

      Faculty, staff, and students are wonderful! The values of Kent State are truly implemented - put students first! People are loyal and devoted to Kent State and love the students!

      Cons

      Administration is nepotistic; little opportunity for advancement if you are "outside the inner circle." Budgets are so tight - staff have been cut and now faculty are doing the work of staff. It is the dumbing down of an amazing faculty.
