1. A great learning culture with verity of work 2. Learning opportunity to work with multiple clients 3. Flexible timings which gives employee work life balance 4. Directors are very humble and care of his employees 5. weekly meetings for personal growth and development 6. Best part was free snacks and work from home option

Pros

Historically possessed a very positive culture and a clear sense of direction. Previous leadership teams were approachable and fostered a collaborative environment where promotions were based on merit. The core business area has significant potential if managed with a focus on technical excellence.

Cons

Hikes and growth are now dependent on favoritism and "buttering up" leadership rather than actual work quality or technical effort. Recent leadership changes have introduced a culture of internal politics and "empire building" rather than team support. There is no longer value for people who provide "justice to their work"; high-effort contributors are often overlooked for recognition. Hiring quality has dropped to a "seat-filling" model, impacting the company’s overall technical standards. Flat rigid hikes with a "take it or leave it" attitude from management regarding resignations.
