Pros
I like working for Kettering. The work is satisfactory and great coworkers.
Cons
The biggest downside is the turnover. These past two years have been hard on many of us, a lot of coworkers left. Raises haven't happened in three years for most, despite many taking on multiple roles after departures. Senior leadership is out of touch.
