      Pros

      I have worked at Key Capture Energy for over 2 years now, and it has been nothing short of amazing to watch this company grow and thrive. There is no one that is "above" you at KCE. It doesn't matter what position or level you are at, you have a say in decisions being made and have a voice. I am in an entry-level position, and there is not one person on the team that does not want to help me or see me do well here. From top management down, everyone has your back.

      I don't have anything bad to say about working at KCE.

      Great, Green, High-Energy Startup

      Pros

      This is an incredible company to work for. The team is friendly, helpful, and extremely intelligent. Pay is excellent, especially for a "startup". Environment is high-speed but manageable; I don't remember the last dull workday I had. And you're helping renewable energy to top it off.

      Cons

      None major really; worst thing I can think of is some departments are a bit overworked.
