You will get nowhere in this company unless you're a veteran or you're a "10 out of 10 on looks" as the CEO and COO would like to say it. HR plays along with it as well.

Great health care plan, free samples. Some really good people

Cons

The corporate office is extremely corrupt and political. You won’t be promoted unless the CEO or COO want to get you in bed or if you’re a major brown noser and phony. Favoritism and nepotism run rampant and there are different sets of rules and standards for different groups of people. It all depends on who likes you. Many hard workers are often overlooked. You’re expected to work hard and have advanced skills but for entry level pay.

Management doesnt really care about you and will try to intimidate you, they have their favorites so opportunities are not usually by seniority but rather by favorites
