      Pros

      If you are looking for a remote opportunity you are in the right place. You will be supported at any stage of your Journey. Your skills will skyrocket within the first 3 months and if you push hard sky is the limit. You will not have an excess amount of accounts at a time like many other agencies. The team makes sure that you feel comfortable with your capacity. This is a place where you actually feel that you are taken care of. Highly recommend applying if you feel that you are eligible for the role.

      Cons

      This is not much of a con but a warning to anyone who does not have agency experience. Agency life is super fast-paced and hectic at times. Wherever you go you are expected to have a thick skin and be ready to overcome challenges.

      Pros

      Coming to KeyCommerce was the best professional decision I've made. The company is rapidly expanding, with many opportunities arising. Here we have a chance to shine and show our talents, and we are recognized and compensated for them with opportunities for growth. The team is fun to work with, and the remote environment is well structured and in continuous improvement.

      Cons

      Since the company is rapidly growing, sometimes the fast-paced environment can get overloaded with information, and takes a while for me to catch up on everything that happens at once.
