      We were encouraged to think outside the box, challenge conventions, and speak up when we thought change was needed. Executives listened to us.

      Cons

      Company sold to a larger company. Things rapdily went downhill from there. Did not trust leadership because all of the existing leaders left

      constantly getting bought out and rebranding. Can get lost in the 'sauce' if you dont try to attend company events
