Low pay. Long hours. Tons of lifting from bin to the floor to another bin on the floor. Constantly scrutinized by worthless, lazy, ignorant, unknowledgeable, managers that have no experience doing the job they manage. The benefits are horrible. Over priced health care at 90+/wk for an individual with a $3,500 deductible. God forbid you get good at what you do then you become a threat to your manager or supervisor and they make problems for you. Constantly drama on the floor. Tons of asian refugees that do not care about how they do their job and supervisors that do not enforce policy. Safety standards are constantly compromised with no consequences. Infact, there are no consequences for any wrong doing accept to the person who reports it. That person is questioned: why did you see it if you were minding your own business? Is ultimately the attitude. There are 'some' literally a few good people there but they are out numbered by the bad.
