The cons employee's dont treat new employee's nice. HR does not believe the employee's when they come to them with problems. They dont hold the same standards to every employee.

While the pay and benefits are fair, the overall work environment is toxic and unsupportive. Management often addresses issues publicly instead of privately, creating unnecessary tension. Feedback is harsh and passive-aggressive, and favoritism plays a clear role in how employees are treated. Training is inconsistent, workloads are overwhelming, and concerns are frequently dismissed. Hard work goes unrecognized, while mistakes are nitpicked. Poor communication and lack of support make it a difficult place to thrive. I wouldn’t recommend this workplace to anyone looking for a healthy or sustainable job environment.
