Free coffee, decent Health Insurance

Cons

Dirty building, lots of spiders, no insect control, supposed to be regulated due to FDA requirements, but not. Poor wages, people work harder not smarter. No growth opportunities unless your part of the boys club. HR lacks professionalism.

The job title does not go a long way, Keystone expects much more out of their employees than the job title expects.

Pros

Small company so hardly any red tape. You can take on as much as you'd like and they love to see that you have no limits.

Cons

Small company so hardly any red tape. At times this is nice but other times it makes things difficult. There is little communication especially from upper management through to employees. Very flat structure of the structure there is. Keystone is working in going more corporate but it takes time.

Lots of good people.Also lots of backstabbers. Company doesn't care about their hardworking employees. Lousy pay and raises.

Cons

Bad management. Used to be a real good place to work. Now your just a number, and insignificant.
