- Absolutely NO organization or training across the company. - Corporate makes promises and does not practice honest communication with employees or properties. - This company does not believe in performance improvement, write-ups, or anything of the sort. They will fire you simply because they want to or that they want to “clean house”. - Promotions are based on “WHO” you know, not “WHAT” you do! - HR consist of one woman who has no idea of what her job requires and will find loopholes to terminate employees who have committed no wrongdoing. - Racist corporate office that makes racist statements about their properties and residents in front of employees.
