Pros

- Pays higher than most companies.

Cons

- Absolutely NO organization or training across the company. - Corporate makes promises and does not practice honest communication with employees or properties. - This company does not believe in performance improvement, write-ups, or anything of the sort. They will fire you simply because they want to or that they want to “clean house”. - Promotions are based on “WHO” you know, not “WHAT” you do! - HR consist of one woman who has no idea of what her job requires and will find loopholes to terminate employees who have committed no wrongdoing. - Racist corporate office that makes racist statements about their properties and residents in front of employees. If you need any more convincing reach out to ANY former employee of Keystone on LinkedIn.

Pros

Pay was good, Medical benefits for the employee were free, paid holiday, pretty descent properties.

Cons

Regional Manager for Greenville NC sucked. She had her favorite Managers at the time, as long as she wasn't getting any feedback from the New Hampshire head office or from tenants that complained about the onsite managers. There is lack of leadership from the Regional Manager especially when it comes to the high vacancies that properties had and did not offer any solutions other than having New Hampshire make flyers to post on IG. A lot of the blame was pushed towards the onsite Managers in order to save her face. They have gotten rid of a lot of long term employees as they found it cheaper to hire new employees at a lesser rate.

Pros

The employee rent promotions were nice.

Cons

Cannot get employee benefits until a 90-day probation period is over. Can be terminated anytime with little to no reasoning given. Signs of heavy favoritism and lack of accountability from the upper management. If you are not "in," always keep on eye out.
