Pros
No place is perfect, but management at Keystone tries their best to make working fun. Whether it be monthly team building get-togethers, yearly Christmas party or just a Thursday/Friday night happy hour - It's a relaxed attitude where we can joke around w/ one another. When we are together those vibes just multiply. I don't think anyone at Keystone genuinely dislikes anyone else.
Cons
The remote work thing just isn't my cup of tea. I prefer a normal work environment and structure. I even miss face to face interactions w/ coworkers. Somedays I do miss the older, smaller company we once were.
