The people I have had the pleasure of working with are not only highly intelligent but also possess diverse backgrounds, experiences, and skill sets.
Cons
Really only downside is the benefit package with only 2 weeks PTO

The pay is fair... but companies near by pay approximately 20 -30 % more (Societal).
Cons
The culture of the company has shifted in the past few years. The company is definitely going down hill. It will most likely go bankrupt in the next 5 years.
