      Nothing, less salary when compared to their old company employees

      Cons

      Internal politics, mostly there are relatives work looks like family politics. They will give designation and promotions only to their relatives.

      Lunch ,Infrastructure, rich atmosphere, events,

      Cons

      Internal politics sucks, Kinaxis acquired Prana which was their initial start in Chennai. Long timers(prana) people hate seeing growth of any non acquisition people grow. Hiring and firing is very common. Do not go by the general recommendations on Glassdoor they’re all internally related to each other. There is no POSH guidelines that they know nor follow.
