Pros
HR was awesome, until leadership decided they could do without him, and many others of us. Team members are young and fun.
Cons
Co-founders are self-centered and unapproachable and don't care about their employees. Not genuine and will lie to save face. They do not take criticism well. The culture has gone kaput and many of us are looking for jobs with more true appreciation.
